<p>Its position on Swanston Street directly opposite the Coach tourist office
and departure point was fantastic- so easy to use as a base. Plenty of nearby
cafes - everything nearby in fact. We had 7 nights there and - ok the room
could have been a little bigger and you don't expect a view in the middle of a
city (one of the moans we had read about!) but the room was clean and serviced
everyday, comfortable beds and a convenient breakfast restaurant. The
concierge and reception were most helpful. It was a great "first port of call"
on our "once in a lifetime trip" to Australia.</p>

<p>Great value for money, no perks but perfect location for accessing central
restauranys and bars and for transport links. Clean with standard range of
facilities for a budget chain hotel, no complaints, I've paid nearly double
this before for much the same. </p>
