<p>Phoenix Hotel Singapore is situated in the heart of Orchard Road and is
close to the Somerset MRT Station, shopping, entertainment and dining venues.
The property is only a few minutes drive from the Central Business District
and major convention centres. </p>
<p>All the guestrooms and suites are nicely decorated and well equipped with
latest amenities. </p>
<p>Guests can savour mouth-watering local and international cuisine at the
onsite Phoenix Garden Cafe and later relax with a fine drink at the Lobby
Lounge. </p>
<p>The hotel offers six private function rooms that can cater for various
events and accommodates up to 250 people. During leisure, guest can enjoy at
the hotel's discotheque and music lounge. </p>

<p>They are in the middle of shopping as their brochure claims, the staff are
very friendly especially the housekeeping staff and they do look to your
special needs like extra pillows, extra coffee etal. Their buffet breakfast is
really something to rave about. The best I have had in my travels, The variety
is amazing. </p>
<p>If any of you like to shop a lot and walk a little this is the place, the
tour offices are opposite, the MRT is next door and the main shopping is a hop
away !!!! When I go back I will stay there again. </p>
<p>Oh I had a delux room , I should try their super delux sometime . </p>

<p>A very good hotel with a good restaurant and facilities. The addition of a
computer and exercise machine is a great idea.</p>

<p>We were only staying in Singapore for one night, so didn't want to spend a
fortune on accommodation, but not stay somewhere shabby either. The Phoenix
Hotel was fantastic. </p>
<p>The hotel is situated slap-bang on Orchard Road, in a small shopping
centre. Somerset MRT is about 30 seconds walk, so very convenient, especially
if you are carrying big cases like we were! </p>
<p>The room itself is a good size and clean and comfortable. The bathroom had
a stand-up shower only, which personally, we prefer. There was also a massage
chair in the room, which felt a bit weird, but well worth having a go! </p>
<p>We would definitely stay at the Phoneix again. </p>

<p>The location is excellent and the front desk staff extremely helpful - even
beyond their call of duty. The coffee shop offers a great buffet breakfast and
their Hainanese Chicken is as good as any around Singapore.</p>

<p>The superior deluxe room we were allocated was a room which was at the end
of the corridor and which was alot bigger than our friends superior deluxe
room situated along the corridor. Try for a room at the END of a corridor and
which is situated at the corner of the building. </p>
<p>Our bathroom was very spacious & the room itself had alot more moving
around space than our friends room. The mattress was very firm but we were
able to sleep comfortably. </p>
